Iguana Law Partners LLP is a Hyderabad-based full service law firm committed to working with individual and business clients to resolve complex and multi-industry disputes fairly and amicably, outside of the courtroom. The firm practices mediation, negotiation, arbitration and litigation by offering legal expertise, strategic advice and representation for these processes.
Founded in 2024 by National Law School of India University, Bangalore batchmates Ms. Harshitha Dammu and Ms. Kiran Meena, the firm harnesses the team’s specialised ADR expertise and extensive litigation experience. Both the firm’s foundational values and its name are inspired by Iguanas. These tropical reptiles are peaceful, perseverant, highly adaptable creatures and even symbolise balance and harmony in certain cultures.
By offering both ADR and litigation services, Iguana Law ensures that clients receive comprehensive legal advice, regardless of how the dispute unfolds. As each client and case is unique, the firm tailors strategies to align with the client’s specific goals and concerns. Clients can choose to engage with the firm in-person, online, or through a hybrid format, and will be supported by a team of highly trained professional legal counsel and mediators.

HARSHITHA DAMMU
Harshitha is a qualified advocate with a practice focused on corporate advisory, commercial disputes, and regulatory and policy-driven legal work, with particular emphasis on the energy and infrastructure sectors, including green and sustainable energy projects. She holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University, Netherlands, and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
Harshitha’s current practice is primarily corporate and commercial advisory, supporting businesses and project stakeholders on legal structuring, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, transaction support, and governance frameworks, particularly in relation to energy, infrastructure, and sustainability-linked projects. She also assists with strategic negotiations and dispute resolution, providing legally sound and commercially practical advice.
Her professional experience includes advising on and handling civil and commercial disputes and arbitration matters arising from public–private infrastructure projects, land acquisition, electricity, irrigation, and regulatory approvals, with her litigation and arbitration work being carried out before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. She also has a strong background in policy and regulatory advisory, having worked on governance and institutional reform initiatives.

KIRAN MEENA
Kiran is a qualified advocate and mediator based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a litigation-focused practice spanning civil, criminal, property, and family law, alongside commercial dispute resolution. She holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, and an LL.M. in Criminal Law.
She regularly represents clients before District Courts, Tribunals, and the High Courts of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, handling a wide range of matters including criminal litigation and bail proceedings, medical negligence claims, cheque dishonour cases, property and land disputes, consumer disputes, and writ proceedings. Her family law practice covers divorce, maintenance, custody, domestic violence, and related matrimonial disputes.
In addition to courtroom practice, Kiran advises businesses on legal compliance, governance, and dispute management. Her work also includes negotiation, mediation and arbitration support.
She further assists individuals and businesses with property and personal legal documentation, including sale deeds, mortgages, settlement deeds, wills, and registrations, offering comprehensive legal support across advisory, transactional, and litigation stages.

SANJANA KOCHERY
Sanjana is a legal professional with experience in corporate, commercial, and arbitration-related advisory, with a strong focus on in-house legal operations and business-facing legal support. She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Brunel University of London, an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University, Netherlands, and has completed formal training in the Indian legal and judicial system.
Her practice centres on contract lifecycle management and corporate advisory, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Master Service Agreements, service and consultancy agreements, NDAs, employment contracts, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, and cross-border commercial agreements. She regularly supports organisations on regulatory compliance, internal policies, governance frameworks, risk assessment, data protection, and legal process management, working closely with management teams.
Sanjana also provides arbitration and dispute resolution support, assisting with procedural coordination, legal research, documentation, and mediation preparation, and liaising with external counsel where required. Her work is particularly suited to startups and growing businesses, including support on terms and conditions, privacy policies, internal policies, and compliance documentation, delivering structured and commercially aligned legal solutions.
